The fact that we may have a major shift in the value of the dinar - timed to coincide with the New Year - could hardly be considered just a rumor.

Until we know for sure otherwise - it remains a genuine possibility for a number of reasons, not the least of which is that it has happened before in the case of Afghanistan, where their currency made a dramatic leap at precisely Midnight Jan 1st., 2003

One can not possibly deny that it is a genuine possibility!

Yep, I'm sure it is because opps here has ripped anyone that has had a high prediction or rumor. I'm sure he/she wouldn't put something out there that's not a fact.

By the way. I saw an article today about Kuwait increasing the value of their dinar because imports were becoming very unfavorable. Can you imagine how bad it must be in Iraq?

there called recommendations not mandates they havent followed any yet!!

I'm posting this because this is the first time I have seen it under 1400. Maybe some of you have seen it before this but I've been checking regualarly and it is the first time I've seen it.

I think the word "recommendations" is the key here.
