This is great! The HCL is the key to bringing the vast funds that will propel this country upward.

It makes one wonder why it takes so long to get it done but if I was part of this emerging democracy I would want to make sure that at least most T's and I's were crossed.

It is because of Hold Back but not only that. I am in contact with three dealers. Everyone knows Garrett at safedinar and Ali at DinarTrade I also know another that has came in with the Dong name Nick. According to the Garrett and Ali the smaller notes are becoming harder and harder to come by. This is why Nick has gone to the Dong. They have their Personal Stash but they are in the Business to satisfy their customers. So Besides their personal Stash's they want to sell. I feel this is why the e-bay Guys are becoming higher and higher in Price. They are the third choice for most. So when the first two are short or out, then e-bay gets better prices from folks with them auctions. Highest bidder gets the lot.

I am Testing a Source to see if it is a Source in the Rumor Section. With all I have been told that I haven't shared is becoming more of a reallity with all the Articles I got involved with today. IMHO,that sounds like the Constitution, that needs updated for the HCL to work for the BIG BOYS.
