    Talking

I am completely FLIPPING OUT (again!) right now! And I can't even let it all out because I have to be the "MOM" ...my 9 year old keeps asking me 'what's so funny?" I found that I am just giggling out loud without saying anything!

Maybe I should just let out a big WHOOOOOP, scare them only once, and then I'll feel better?

I swear! I FEEL LIKE A BOTTLE OF POP THAT'S BEEN SHOOK AND WANTS TO BE OPENED!!!! Ready to BLOW guys!!!

So i'm sitting here at my desk sipping a nice warm cup of tea and I damn nearly fell off my chair after reading that article Adster found!!!!!!! HOLY S**T i SAID. My mom comes running in and she's like 'what what...WHAT" LOL. I showed her the article and SHE almost had a heart attack so no more computer for mom hahhahhaha. Great find Adster great find!!!!

Mike, I can't quite remember what you said to my question about the Canadian Dollar and whether or not it would be safe for ME to cash in all of my dinars. You keep talking about a failing US dollar but would I be safe cashing in my dinars for good ol' Canadian dollars??? I am not sure how much you know about the Canuck economy and our dollar....do you think it's safe even if the US dollar fails somewhat?? Can you just imagine if the US dollar fails and along goes with it a major drop in real estate prices (sorry to knock the US dollar). I have been itching to get into real estate ever since I attended a Robert G Allen seminar on RE. I can only imagine how many beautiful homes I'd be able to buy in the US if the US dollar drops and RE prices plummet. Anyhow, back to my question about the CAD Mike...any ideas?

    Cheers all,

    Rob

    Hey Bigopie

Glad to see you've embraced the dinars anthem "Let it peg, Let it peg, Let it peg" LOL

I'm hoping this is finally it and it that we get the news we've all been waiting for really soon.

I'm soo glad that I decided to get some last minute dinars a few weeks ago, I ordered them on the Wednesday and they were posted through my door on the Monday.

Fingers crossed all - hold on were in for a bumpy ride!!

    Hi Rob,

No, as I mentioned before, the CAN dollar is not in the same situation as the US dollar is in, so I would not worry that much, in fact, you already know the CAN dollar has risen to the US dollar over the past couple years, so that is a good sign of economic strength in CAN. What is troubling here is that if China pulls out investments in dollar, we are sunk. Also, if Chavez in Venezuela converts oil to Euro as threatened, this too will have d*****ic effects on dollar as it will weaken with fear of loss, and the house of cards, which is what the US dollar is based on will fall, so I would not worry about CAN dollar as much, although it may have some ripple effects in NA, but you will have time to adjust.

    Good luck to all, Mike

    Good find nej,

    i like the last part

None of this means that the new Iraq is out of the woods. Far from it. Democratic success still requires a great deal of patience, determination, and luck. The US-led coalition, its allies, and partners have achieved most of their major political objectives, but that achievement remains under threat and could be endangered if the US, for whatever reason, should decide to snatch a defeat from the jaws of victory. The stakes, in short, could not be higher. This is all the more reason to celebrate, to build on, and to consolidate what has already been accomplished.

Is Iraq a quagmire, a disaster, a failure? Certainly not; none of the above. Of all the adjectives used by sceptics and critics to describe today’s Iraq, the only one that has a ring of truth is "messy." Yes, the situation in Iraq today is messy. Births always are. Since when is that a reason to declare a baby unworthy of life?
