That was posted last week but if you check the auction history at the CBI website it shows that they held auctions right through the end of the year. I'm not aware of anything that would change that this year.

isx is closed until the 8th. too many articles getting jumbled together when someone misposts here and there just a little and it then becomes something that is totally false.

oh yeah, i just thought of this, delay opening the isx long enough after the revalue for the prices of the stock to rise high enough before they open it up. i can see it.

اصدر مجلس الرئاسة الموقر قانون الاستثمار رقم (13) لسنة 2000، بناء على ما اقره مجلس النواب، فيما يلي نص القانون:Council issued a presidential distinguished Investment Law No. (13) of 2000, based on what the House passed, the law reads as follows :

مجلس الرئاسةThe Presidency

بناءً على ما اقره مجلس النواب طبقاً لأحكام الفقرة أولاً من المادة الحادية والستين من الدستور ولمضي المدة القانونية المنصوص عليها في الفقرة ( خامساً / أ ) من المادة مائة وثمانية وثلاثين من الدستور.Based on the approved by the House of Representatives in accordance with the provisions of paragraph of the first article first session of the Constitution and past legal term set forth in paragraph (V / a) of Article Eight hundred and thirty of the Constitution.

This is the reason that Dec. 15th was looked to as a possible RV date. The FIL was supposed to be enacted 2 weeks after Talabani ratified it. It didn't happen though so now the theory is the Iraqis are waiting on the HCL and will enact everything at once. HCL+FIL=RV
