So they are still working on the rules but expect world operations by April.

Isn't this HUGE?? I know dates have come and gone, but.... isn't this guy confirming the imminent intro to the the global stage? Even if they didn't reval (which we all know they will) wouldn't this skyrocket the value anyway?

It is huge but I was hoping to get an answer that January 8th would bring the introduction. What's another 4 months though, gives others that may not have been able to afford it previous a chance to position.

And... I like April.

If they plan to enter into the global ISX at a respectable rate, it may take this long to move the rate to their goal. JMOP

ANOTHER QUESTION:

If the ISX goes international in APRIL, 2007 as indicated by their response to Inscrutable's inquiry (below) does this mean that a revaluation of the currency must wait and go hand-in-hand with the ISX's entry into the international trade or can the RV happen independently (months) ahead of the ISX joining the "world operations"?

April is good. Sooner is better. If they have to wait for April the 17th would be a great birthday present for me.

No,

The ISX is being automated so it has the capability to handle the types of orders that will be forthcoming with an international trading market. In its current platform no traders would bother with the exchange. They are not able to control when there trades take place.

The RV is more than likely tied into the HCL and the FIL. The distributions to the citizens will become excessive to the point of hyperinflation and a mass flooding of currency into the open market. While the oil is purchased in American Dollars the distributions to the citizens will be in dinar (no link but simply common sense) If $3500 in dinar at current levels is distributed to every adult citizen every year you are talking about a significant flood into the market place at the current rates.

Dollarization is what they are trying to avoid. This would only hinder that process.
