The value of 41 billion dollars:
@1345= 55,145,000,000,000 (55 trillion dinar)
@1260= 51,660,000,000,000 (51 trillion dinar)
They have two choices for the new budget.
1. Start printing more money than they've ever printed. Result: increased inflation.
2. Revalue their currency. Result: less inflation.
We know what they're going to do.

British raid on Iraq police cells
British forces demolished the police station
after the raid [EPA]
British forces have stormed the headquarters of a rogue Iraqi police unit where it was feared that police officers planned to kill detainees, a military spokesman has said.
Seven Iraqis were killed when about 1,000 British soldiers carried out the pre-dawn raid in southern Basra.
The police station was demolished with explosives afterwards.
Major Charlie Burbridge said: "There are 178 prisoners inside the police station and one of the reasons we decided to go today was that we began to receive some very accurate intelligence which suggests that the serious crime unit was about to start killing the prisoners."
A British force of Challenger tanks and Warrior armoured fighting vehicles came under rocket-propelled grenade and machinegun fire from alleyways as it approached the station, he said.
Torture
Burbridge said many of the prisoners held by the Serious Crimes Unit had been tortured.
British officers said the prisoners showed
signs of torture [Reuters]
"The prisoners were found with signs of torture, such as crushed hands, cigarette burns, scars from electric shock treatment and many couldn't walk," he told Al Jazeera.
Captain Tane Dunlop, another British military spokesman, said the troops carried out medical assessments of detainees at the building and transferred them to another police station.
"We [then] used explosives to put the building beyond use so it can no longer be used by the criminal enterprise," he said. "We had clear directions from the prime minister and governor [Mohammed] Waili to dissolve the unit."
Last week British troops arrested a senior officer in the unit and accused him of ordering the murder of 17 staff at a British-run police academy.
On October 29, unidentified men ambushed a bus carrying the employees back to their homes in Basra.
The police station, one of the biggest in Basra, was where two plain-clothes British soldiers were briefly held in September 2005 before being freed by their comrades.

Study: Oil crisis looming in Iran
Iran's need for nuclear power might be genuine as its oil production is falling, a US report says [AFP]
Iran's nuclear ambitions are motivated not just by a desire for regional supremacy but by a potentially devastating crisis in its oil industry, a US researcher says.
Iran's image is of an oil producer with plentiful reserves, but it could soon face an energy crunch owing to failing infrastructure and lack of investments, Roger Stern of Johns Hopkins University said in a report made public on Monday.
Writing in the respected Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States, the professor of geography and environmental engineering said Iran's oil problems have the potential to topple the clerical government.
Stern said there was no reason to doubt US-led accusations that Iran's drive to develop nuclear energy has more sinister ends in mind, to entrench the regime in power and fend off US military hegemony in the Gulf region.
"But it cannot be inferred from this that all Irani(an) claims must be false," he said.
"The regime's dependence on export revenue suggests that it could need nuclear power as badly as it claims."
Oil deficiencies
Many of Iran's oil deficiencies are of its own making, Stern says, noting that generous domestic subsidies for petrol mean that Iran's national oil company cannot make money at home and so needs to export as much as it can.
But rapid population growth means that domestic demand is rising all the time, while authorities have let their refineries and pipelines fray.
"The regime's dependence on export revenue suggests that it could need nuclear power as badly as it claims"
Roger Stern,
Johns Hopkins University professor
So Iran, despite being the second-biggest exporter in the Organisation of the Petrol Exporting Countries (Opec) behind Saudi Arabia, actually has to import oil products like petrol to cope with demand.
Stern calculated that since 1980, energy demand in Iran has risen 6.4 per cent, exceeding supply growth of 5.6 per cent. Exports meanwhile have stagnated since peaking in 1996.
For at least 18 months, Iran has failed to meet its quota for oil production set by Opec, he said.
The strong suggestion, Stern said, is that Iran's oil production is now actually falling, despite the bonanza that exporters have enjoyed from a period of record-high crude prices.
And a nationalistic authorities are fuelling the problem by making life ever-harder for foreign oil companies, he said.
Contractual problems
Stern noted sudden contractual problems faced by India in its bid to negotiate for supplies of Iranian natural gas, after New Delhi failed to vote with Tehran at a meeting of the UN atomic watchdog.
He said: "Iran's petroleum investment climate therefore appears to have greatly deteriorated since 1998-2004, a period when investment was insufficient to offset the recent production decline.
"Zero future foreign investment thus appears plausible."
Overall, according to Stern, it "seems plausible that Iran's claim to need nuclear power might be genuine, an indicator of distress from anticipated export revenue shortfalls.
"If so, the Irani regime may be more vulnerable than is presently understood."

Par, this is great news!
First they mislead us with those silly numbers, now during christmas and holidays they are telling more and that it is gonna happen.
A lot of people have vacation or aren't paying attention now, well planned this all.
First week of January I personally think we are going to see the Real Exchange rate, don't know how much, but the minimum of 1:1 for sure!
2007 will be a great year for all of us and patience will be rewarded!

The political blocs is the reason for the delay cabinet reshuffle
26-12-2006(Voice of Iraq) - 12-26-2006

The MP said Dr Mahmoud Othman coalition Alcordstani felt that the Iraqi citizens began to lose confidence in all elected politicians who did not provide him with a ceiling of the minimum Mtalih service.
Othman said in a press statement : Iraqi citizen has the confidence of the political blocs, they heard statements and declarations, and clusters of them did not see anything on the ground, pointing out that the situation may retreat in everything, day after day.
He explained : Osman that the cabinet reshuffle should take place before that date, but the political blocs have hindered this change, pointing out that the reports on this subject says that the cabinet reshuffle may happen after the feast directly ruled Othman to be the case, however, the Prime Minister pointed out that the political blocs that brought these ministers and gave them the ministries that fall within the entitlement These blocs should agree to the change also,
Osman ruled that the amendment is agreed on the ministerial quickly pointing out that the bloc was unable to agree on a government program can not agree on a cabinet reshuffle.
Uthman added : We believe that the acceleration in this matter is in the interest of everybody, pointing out that any delay would weaken the Iraqi government called on the political blocs to expedite agreement on this subject because it is responsible for the performance of the Iraqi government in one way or another, according to his opinion.
Osman believes that if the political blocs not to hasten to optimize performance Ministerial has imposed on them from abroad, such as alternatives to the so-called government of national salvation or other big foreign-made clothes and therefore compels us hidden foreign political will tell us something if we do not agree on a unified political discourse and the practical steps to improve government performance.
And in relation to deputy Iraqi Accord Front Salim Abdullah Al-Jabouri said believed that the political process involving many problems directly affect the performance of the Iraqi government, and there are also many solutions.
He said the target of the right : Prime Minister Mr. Al-Maliki to assess the performance of his ministers and identifies sites imbalance and put alternatives in consultation with the political blocs, pointing out that he believed that the government of national unity in order to make that it should represent all the sects and components of the Iraqi people.
Abdullah pointed out that these consultations should be different from what it was when the formation of the current Iraqi government that these consultations should be left space for the Prime Minister to act accordingly to create a coherent fabric of government, adding that the best solution for the existing problems from the standpoint of the Accord Front is sometimes leg.
So deputy United Iraqi Alliance-Karim Al-Enezi that the political blocs contribute to a great extent in hindering the process of cabinet reshuffle because some of the political blocs to wish to place certain amendments by the Prime Minister to ministries that fall within the circle of this bloc or that, pointing out that there Ministers are unable to manage their ministries are good not caught up in a bloc from the United Iraqi Alliance and the rest of the political blocs participating in the government.
Anzi believes that the Prime Minister if used his constitutional right to choose his ministers without reference to these political blocs, it could create a political crisis similar to the one that occurred before the formation of the current Iraqi government.
He added : The current climate of being behind the lobbies political blocs on the change of ministries very similar to those which took place just before the formation of the Iraqi government suggesting that the
In the opinion of Al-Anazi that the ministers have not required to be of technocrats insofar as they are of Ministers of the owners of the competence and politicians at the same time able to take firm decisions and the conversion of these resolutions into a tangible reality, adding that there the Ministries of failed in the their performance such as the Ministry of electricity and the Ministry of oil which has been made to the citizen fill Part simpler its needs; and finally the Journal from and potatoes. Oil and gas, pointing out that the identification gasoline arrived in the holy city of Najaf and Qadisiyah governorate to four kilometers, and this unacceptable inter and detailed, explaining that the Iraqi government and the Chamber of Deputies solution all the problems of this ministry particular and expanded our Ministry's budget to 400 million dollars to live up its performance but she was not capable of promoting : to their realities services.
In the view of some politicians and officials said the delay in a cabinet reshuffle contributed to the retreat of government performance at various levels and hubs over the performance of government stalling and deepens the gap between the Iraqi citizen simple and among political leaders present, while others are of the view that the political blocs is the reason the President in this delay and delay, and finds another party to the political blocs must be to agree on candidates Kvoein and day so that consultations between the political blocs that should be met to ensure the success of the political process and improve government performance.
