I think this comment "flooded with cash" refers to increasing the purchasing power of the iraqi people so as to allow them to buy the goods from the exporting countries like Japan, Korea, italy etc. I don't think it means flooding the country with dollars or dinar. We have to still remember that the current value of the dinar and most iraqi income don't allow them to purchase alot in terms of imported goods. And, we have had some very good comments about purchasing power in relation to imported goods. So, "flooded with cash" can only mean to reevalue the currency up and up to a level that they, the iraqi people can buy, durable goods, cars, eletronics, and agri equipment etc. Hope this helps IMHO. Baghdad-amendments to the Constitution

The extension of the filing period for the proposals to amend the Constitution to the middle of this month

Hassan said Shamari, a member of the Iraqi constitution amendment that the committee decided to extend the period of receipt of proposals to amend the Constitution to the middle of this month, instead of the end of last month, and that has been divided points of contention in the Constitution into three sections, namely political, editorial and complementary.

You know, I have always thought that that was a real possibility, ln that they have pulled to much out. After all they misjudged and put too much in, so, if that is so, then what was to keep them from pulling too much out? What does it means. It means a lot less supply in face of increasing demand.
