iraq is being sponsored and PUSHED by the u.s.a. it wont take that long coz theres something it in for us (usa).

i believe that activity at the wto site is confirmation things are happening.

Vietnam has a very big export market in the way of Fish and agriculture. Look at the next catfish you buy. While I will agree they are no where near Iraq in the way of resources, they have had some for awhile. Their government just had to get all the pieces in place before action. Just like another country we know...
