Yes it is! And because the site went down and posts were lost, so has some of the proof. You recall that CP & I had found the same story about the Kurdish parliament postponing their vacation until the 15th to draft and implement economic and oil laws. The article was on 2 different news sites and was 3 or 4 paragraphs long -a little while later before we could retrieve them they had morphed into just a few sentences on VOI . that whole discussion was lost with the lost posts of this morning
