ipulled the chart and changed it to a 1 month of the dinar inverted it and it shows that it is under 1280. does anyone else see that

They are stating in this article "raising 3 zeroes"!

Someone has asked it and explained it.

Here is the explanation:

"I spoke to a friend who is a professor at St. John's University in Queens NY regaring the term raising the zero's, he said all that they mean by this is improving the rate in other words if it were to reach lets say 900 iqd=1 usd, then they just raised a zero, if they reach 90 iqd = 1 usd, then they raised 2 zero's and if the rate ever goes to 1 = 1, then they raised 3 zero's"

But you can not switch from IQD/USD to USD/IQD using the same numbers:

1260 IQD/1USD is 0.000794 USD for one IQD, and you can not change that to 1 IQD = 1.26 USD by raising zeros.

Hmm, maybe they are creating a calm period. Any of you nervous folks looking to bail out???

I am not an economic, I only mentioned how it is explained.

Maybe WM.Knowles can explain it, if it's true that this term means that and if they can switch like that!
