At the same time - the Iraqi Government will give 100,000 dinars ($80 USD) to displaced families wishing to return to Iraq.

How many Iraqis would honestly be able to borrow $80,000 USD (80,000,000 dinars) - to take advantage of free residential plots - unless the currency is revalued?

How many Iraqis would be able to make a new beginning - start a new life - on 100,000 dinars ($800 USD) - unless the currency is revalued?

At the same time - the Iraqi Government will give 100,000 dinars ($80 USD) to displaced families wishing to return to Iraq.

Since the beginning of the last quarter of 2006 the government announced that the general budget for the coming year will include substantial appropriations able to direct reconstruction in earnest and used one of the press statements term (development explosive), and included statements warning and the threat to the provinces which will not implement its projects by depriving it of the funds allocated to the budget.
