Default anyone get email from bruce this morning?

Has anyone else here who has ordered from bruce received an email this morning, i will paste the first part of it, not sure what to make of this.

Dear Member - We are aware of Iraqi finance minister statements of a recommendation of a change of the currency and a possible imminent 20% re-valuation of the currency . If this happens , for a fee will will exchange any of the Dinars you have for new ones and there should be a good time period during which this can be done , I will keep you posted if we get more concrete details on this. We see this as highly positive for the Dinar and maintain our BUY recommendation

Adam or Mike can you tell me what you think of this, i'm confused by this. Or anyone who knows what is going on can you please comment on this, to me this sounds bad but i'm probably missing something.

    thanks

pipshurricane, I believe you did it again. If this is it, it will put us there for the first third exchange suggested, for exchange in a step by step way, instead of all at once. Then on there duty split the time left for second third exchange, and then the last third exchange. I like what this said of their task, but it said completed. I would more see it as said started. Just my opinion.

I have to admit, I am alittle sick. I can't explain it, but neno, or pips, or Mike or some of the others must have an explaination. Don't panic, I am sure it will be fine. Just wait for someone to explain. We really can't do anything but wait. We are all good at it. It will be alright.
