Yes but the picture are the same.So we can be sure this is the old dinar

The hologram is different. Needs looking into. Even the guy saying this has no note and isn't sure himself! Could be something or nothing.

Adster, referring to your last picture of the 1 Dinar, did you take note of the caption below the picture stating from the CBI "to be introduced in Sept. '06?

I have old one dinar notes and not even close, so with the word small denoms were printed, looks like they are ready. Who would go to so much trouble to make a fake one, just to fool us dinarholics? LOL The ones I have were beige, but older than ten years, so I don't know how many changes were made. Maybe they are just dusting off old plates and adding security features?

If the new 1 dinar is real, does that help in reval or lop most? I can it in either scenerio. I sure hope it's a reval, because I still believe everything printed, their just waiting for reval to put them out as they take larger notes in. What do you think mike,adster?

This message might be long but it's good. The other day afriend of mine took his dinars to his bank, and they had a de la rue machine. The bank officer didn't know how to use it, so she let my friend take it to see if he could figure it out. Today he stopped by with the machine and I took the page off the cbi on security features to see if I could figure it out. Well, my friend and I figured it out, There is a horse, the black light shows a box, the magnetic light blinks when you put the magnetic part over the machine. It was so cool to know that their not fake. I guess he will have to show her how to use it.LOL
