Reference FOX Inside View on Iraq

I did catch it and it is what some of us who have direct contacts in Iraq have been saying for months. There are many areas in Iraq which are far ahead of central Iraq, and as they are off the beaten path of journalists, they don't get covered. There will be some breakthrough announcements over oil reserves, which I had mentioned months ago, and now has become public, and that is that there is more oil in Iraq than anywhere else in the world, but we have still not seen major media report this information, so you can all see what is going on, good news is being supressed.

The FOX report was excellent example of what is going on, and it exposed the true pulse of Iraqi people, not just in Bagdad. They showed people vacationing like you and I would, business owners, questions of are they better off without Saddam, and there was an overwhelming yes response. School system had never been as good as it is now, economy, wages, unemployment is improving and the overall swing in the economy is well under way to a stable life without the fear we all see reported. Sure, some people are afraid in some areas, but one such town had been seeing bombing daily, and now not a single one in ten months, so is this reported in major media, NO, sad, but true.

As to the closing shots on vault filled with our favorite currency, dinars, is was an example of how much of the new currency is already pumped into economy. They showed free enterprise at work, and it is working very well indeed, from food stores to cell phone stores, business is booming in all sectors. The stock market was filled with optmistic traders, and fortunes are being made, but this time they are being made freely by the people, not Saddam's favored few as it was before. The showed Saddam cutting off the hands of a newpaper editor for printing the truth, and now this same editor is reporting the truth with no fear of governement retaliation, so is freedom working, yes, is democracy working, yes, is economy working, yes, is dinar stable, yes, yet we hear nothing. There were many more examples given of postive nature, but after this report, I am sure major media will be shamed into reporting a more balanced report on Iraq, not just the unfortunate killings. Horrific death is part of life in the middle east, and this will never change, but life and business goes on depite it, always has, always will, so nothing will stop the increase in value of our investment, NOTHING.

was reading about oil, refining, various companies involved and investments.
it was stated that Alberta Canada seems to have more oil. tho it has to be extracted/processed in a vastly different way. that is, more oil than most other places - tho Russia has Alot as well.
along these lines, the russians have developed ultra deep drilling technologies....which the US has (as claimed in the piece) rejected (it was even mentioned that some us-intel? group tried to sabotage the technology at first). that is, they'd rather take someone else's oil.
this is neither a yea or nay for dinar post - just thought i'd share. i want to get another $200 worth. Adster, make me an offer! ha.

It's Sunday Dec. 4th. I can login to my back office ok, but nothing is working correctly. I can't buy more Dinar and my personal stats aren't complete. I assume this is true with everyone? If so please let me know.

Yes, there are still issues moving over to new system which was required to stay ahead of wave of interest in Iraq dinar. The issues are being worked on over the weekend and should be back up 100% by Monday. Everyone is in same boat at the moment, so hang in there.

What I have researched is that Saudi Arabia was number one, Iraq is number two, and Russia three. Of course, there are different statistics, so it can get confusing. Technically, reserves are one aspect, production, as in pumping is another, so with the Iraq new release of reserves found and documented, it is predicted Iraq will hold number one position in reserves next year.

For those who follow industry, there will be an announcement of a major oil deal with a small CAN company and Iraq which is based on this new oil reserve announcement, so it will be interesting for sure. For those who want to invest in oil, I have a hot tip for you. (g)

Just curious, why would you buy at such a high rate when OMPUS sells for far less, plus offers a buyback guarantee? I think Adster was referring to revalue r/v of currency, but he may by purchasing an RV too. (g) The Dinar Express. LOL

I was Mike, lol, a r/v is on the cards, sooner than later in my opinion.

WASHINGTON, Nov 30 (Reuters) - Talks between Iraq and the International Monetary Fund over a new financing agreement are completed and awaiting approval of Iraq's 2006 budget, a top U.S. Treasury official said on Wednesday.

The new loan accord, necessary to trigger the full amount of debt relief agreed by the Paris Club of creditors last year, is likely to be approved before the IMF's holiday break in December, U.S. Deputy Treasury Secretary, Robert Kimmitt, told reporters.

"The (IMF) stand-by agreement is crucial simply because it is a mark of progress for the Iraqis ... it is an important element in their economic transition going forward," Kimmitt added.


Wonderful news, with the elections on December 15th, a SBA in place, things are looking wonderful for an early r/v in January 06.

Not that I take too much from rumours but there are several posts on the iraqi investors forum of a r/v in Jan 06. These are from non dealers who gain nothing by passing on the info they've been told/heard. Feel free to go over and read yourself. The posts are from knowledgeable and popular members. Read into it what you like, and don't shoot the messenger, ie me! My opinion is based on knowledge and reading, not on rumours and I've thought a Jan 06 r/v has been on the cards for the last month or so. Hope am right!
