Business monitor section 4, this is fantastic news guys!!

"Opening the exchange for non-Iraqi investors is one such pillar of economic reform. There has been too much dilly-dallying on the long awaited decision mainly because the Iraqi Securities Commission (ISC) seems still reluctant to give the go ahead. Pressure on the ISC is mounting. The latest news, according to reliable sources, is that the Central Bank of Iraq has given its full support for allowing non-Iraqis to trade in the ISX. This has been conveyed officially to the ISX in writing. Many months back the Ministry of Trade did likewise. All stakeholders seem to agree that the ISX, hungry as it is for liquidity, could attract important foreign capital. Most private Iraqi banks, such as the Credit Bank of Iraq and the Ahli Bank of Iraq, have entered into joint ventures with foreign banks. Manufacturing and Hotel companies are eyeing these developments with much interest because of their need for similar arrangements."

2006 is looking very promising. I believe that an internationally traded ISX will require an internationally traded dinar. Shabibi's goal is to make the dinar internationally tradeable. More than likely, before 2006 is over, the Iraqi currency will become convertible as a step to joining the WTO.

    :0)))))
Zubaidi:Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states.

Shabibi:The bank wants as a means to affect the economic and monetary policy by making the dinar a valuable and powerful.

Bush is making that BIG breaking news as I type/post this, he's coming down heavy on actions against terrorists and protecting our Western civilised interests... so, if anyone thinks of being against Bush and what he actually stands for, to protect our interests albeit your Dinar money or travelling about freely and not be surprised by the next bomb that may hit your mother, father, bro and sisters or increase the oil prices when you fill your guzzler because the oil sites gets targeted as was recently announced on islamic websites, .... you are shortsighted and selfish because you insist on overlooking the long term safety aspect as a whole...

Bush or no Bush, if Chirac was in his shoes, it'll be the same as an inevitable cause...perhaps with MORE expensive champagne or wines to go with...

I hope you guys get your Dinars eventually....into $$$s...you deserve it...but stop being hypocritical about world safety...it is all relative and comes back to hit your savings and spendings.

I am all for harmony everywhere and for the free and joyful exchange of the dinar. I, and most people I know, think GWB is probably a puppet figurehead and is being steered and manipulated by powerful shadow figures. I have been judgemental, I do know it, and have thought he was really an *****. I now feel more compassion as I see this administration having such terrible problems. He has caused such mindless destruction in THIS country. I'm very glad I'm not in his shoes. May the dinar flourish.
and many tasty beers to you.

    Tony,

Why would you pay for info like this when you can do your own research for free and make up your own mind?

Person that wrote has a.) made money from people buying the info, and b.) has millions of his own dinar funded from those people.

    Who's the winner?
