We dont know for sure yet. But on the Offical site "ph" found it is 1350:1 but still on the CBI it is 1477:1 There is all kinds of things you can think.

Yes we have to seen if the rate on the Koweit website are just the
selling rate for the bank in koweit,so example they buy the dinar
1477$ and resell it at 1350$ to the customer!!!

Does anyone have a connection to Sylvia Brown? LOL... I think for about $700.00 she will do a phine conversation to answer our questions. Maybe she will accept Dinar as payment.

I have a question. Since this exchange is from Kuwait, wouldn't the Iraqi dinar be exchanged against the Kuwait dinar. Wouldn't that make it worth more against the dollar? I hope I am explaining this right.
