To me this is the most encouraging piece of evidence of all. I read this change to mean that WHEN the exchange rate chagnes, the CBI will not be obligated to honor the rate currently shown on this page. They want to be sure that nobody can claim the right to buy at the old rate.

Every time I order from safedinar.com they are out of 5K notes and that averages out to once each month. No big problem as they always fill the order within a few days. 5K notes are obviously the most popular.
