Speaking of IIF, there seems to be some interesting dialogue as to wether the article below states that Iraq has succeeded into the WTO or not. What's your take everybody?

Trade Minister : Iraq joined the World Trade Organization will Aghtassadalasuk economy of Iraq to be part of the global economy
    [12:52, 22 Aug 2006]
Pna-Salem-peaceful Baghdad : Minister of Trade, Dr. Abdel Hassan Sudanese farmers on the importance of the work of the Special Alljnhaloutneh Iraq accession to the WTO. and the ambition of the government to move the economy on a sound complete what it has started in the previous government,
Adding that the government was seeking to develop new plans and the transfer of the economy to a new stage, especially
That the economy is related to all areas, saying that the WTO Agreement
Is the outcome and usefulness of Iraq if properly dispose of it with this Convention will contribute to the transfer
Iraqi economy to a market economy while maintaining the privacy and to be part of
    The global economy.

He also said that a lop would be disallowed by the IMF,World Bank because of their agreements. He also said that they need to finish getting the other countries to right off the debt owed. Pretty much I was messing with you but the article did have some good parts. The one thing I want you all to understand is in another article it stated that Iraq was willing to do an exchange of currency for the debt, now why would they say that if they didn't have plans to reval their currency at a rate to benefit them? I'll give you 2 minutes to answer.LOL
This question? The answer is...They wouldn't...period. Right?

    ARE WE THERE YET?!?!?!?

Ding!Ding!Ding! we have a winner in Neno. Your one smart cookie. I don't believe Iraq is quite there yet, but give them another 3 years and they will be. The dinar IMHO is worth .68-.86 right now, but like they say (if G Bush has any say it will be 1:1).

After the last three days of listening to the NPR News allday, I would say G.W. has plenty of say. He was pretty Dam Stern today.

    Talking Maybe this will help

Read this article from Feb 03,2006 and notice that Iraq was already on step 4 of 8 for acceptance into the WTO. Read it tell me if they have already succeeded. Interesting as Mike would say.
