Iraqi Investments Club
Interesting,
Barzani clan have their act together in Kurdistan, so I am glad he is voicing his disgust with Baghdad, and I think this will send a loud and clear message, stop delaying progress, revalue NOW. Should help in my opinion for the Kurds have always wanted nothing to do with Baghdad, with or without Saddam, all the *****s are from Baghdad. (g)
Good luck to all, Mike

Iraqi Kurdistan Speaker says constitution not finalized yet
Iraqi Kurdistan Speaker says constitution not finalized yet
01 September 2006 (BBC Monitoring)
The Speaker of the Kurdistan National Assembly, Adnan Mufti, told the head of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc in the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Fu'ad Ma'sum, that the Kurdistan Region's constitution, which had been published by some newspapers, was not the official finalized copy.
Mufti met Ma'sum today [30 August] and they discussed the latest developments regarding the constitution-writing process as well as the cooperation and coordination between the Kurdistan National Assembly and the Kurdistan Alliance faction in the Iraqi parliament.
Mufti stressed that the copy of the constitution which had been published by some newspapers was not the official finalized version. He said that the official copy would be submitted to the parliament's presidency in the coming days.
Adnan added that parliament would present the copy of the constitution to the Kurdistan Region's presidency, the political parties, the civil organizations, the Kurdish deputies in the Iraqi parliament and the media channels to add their views and observations. Later, it will go back to the constitution-writing committee for the final revision.
Ma'sum expressed his full support for Kurdistan Region's parliament, saying that "it was an important institution for the Kurdistan people's legal and political decisions". He added that the Kurdistan Alliance bloc in the Iraqi Council of Representatives would be ready to support the constitution and enhance it with its observations and remarks.

I read on another forum (maybe someone knows something about this) that there are 14 denoms printed of dinar. If you look at the website they only show 9. Could the other 5 be the lower denoms for the r/v?
