    The Problem with that article is. The CBI auctions off dollars not dinars. Rarely do they auction of dinars. They sell or auction off the Oil profits which are in dollars. If the Demand was so high for dinars that all these auctions were dinars! Woo hoo. But the demand is High for dollars in iraq not dinars.

    Thats why they must do something and fast.
