I believe Iraq will always favor us to some extent. There's plenty of oil to go around and if China can start pumping money into Iraqi oil fields now, then I believe that will benefit all involved.

Plus, with China involved they will be quicker to agree to spank Iran if they try anything to muck things up.

the money allocated by our govt. is for our troops and the funding for their existence in iraq. this 70B isnt for helping iraq but helping US while IN iraq.
