Spoke to somone called Bogus or something who said he would sort it and didn't. After that, no more calls were answered.

Interesting,So you ordered through Paypal, then it is a simple matter, you can notify Paypal and they will credit your account if you did not recieve yoru affiliate kit. This is the only thing they would accept Paypal for, so if your $30. order was lost, then it is easy to resolve, notify Paypal. Lost mail is not uncommon, and if you had problem getting it resolved, then ask for help. Good luck to all, Mike

I submitted a complaint to PayPal after the six week waiting period that Ompus quote for delivery, so I gave them plenty of time

Paypal aren't interested in looking into an order that is six weeks old and basically say tough luck.

I have notified Ompus several times as I previously said, and they have done nothing, not even reply.

Don't use them. They take your money and don't send dinars.
Forget e-mailing, faxing or telephoning them either, they won't reply.

While I don't use them anymore I have ordered well over 10 million through them without a hitch. The one time I did have a problem I called and it was fixed the very same day. Anytime a company has thousands of orders to fill per week there will be a problem, you just happen to be the one this day or this week sorry to say.

The only reason I quit ordering through them is I get a better price through Amer and the delivery time is twice as fast even coming from Jordan when "Free dinar" is only 100 miles from my house, LOL!

Looks like it is just me with problems!
I certainly was not going to send them several thousand dollars for more dinar if they couldn't even send me a starter kit, so I also bought from a cheaper and more reliable supplier.

I Have Purchased Several Times By Bank Check Sent Through The Mail And Have Always Received My Dinars Fairly Quickly. No Problems.
