The sad part is, I grew up close to Dearborn, Michigan which has one of the highest populations of Arabs in the United States. Do you think I learned anything? I guess I should have kept notes!

The Cabinet decided today, Thursday, to amend the salaries of government employees from class to class five and ten as of the first of January January 2007, The cancellation of the ration card grades and some special grades that will announce later.
Announced today that the official spokesman for the Prime Minister to Skinner in a press conference held in the Palais des Congrès Baghdad.
Skinner said, "The Cabinet has decided today to accept the proposal by the Committee headed by Deputy Prime Minister Barham Salih and the membership of the Minister of Finance and Minister of Planning, which provides amend the lower grades of staff salaries class five and even ten class and the abolition of class 11th and 10th class attached to the consideration a of the first month of 2007.
