Iraq Per Capita income to grow 7% in 5 years
The Head of Iraq National Investment Commission Sami Al Aaraji said that the Iraqi per capita income rose from $1800 in 2006 to more than $4000 in 2009. The per capita income is expected to grow 7% according to the five-year plan as stated by the International Monetary Fund.

Al Sistani at one distance from all parties
Head of Al Iraqiya List Iyad Allawi affirmed following his visit to Grand Ayatollah Ali Al Sistani accompanied by Vice Pesident Tarek Al Hashemi and Deputy Prime Minister Rafea Al Issawi that Al Sistani stands at one distance from all parties.
Allawi said he sensed high understanding and willingness to hold talks in order to form the government without any marginalization.
Al Iraqiya leader noted that efforts are ongoing to hold a meeting with Al Maliki within the coming days.

Assadi: Coalition rule of law rejects any outside interference form the government
Emphasized the leading role in the rule of law, deputy Khaled al-Asadi said the coalition rule of law, reject all forms of foreign interventions in the formation of the government or would exert pressure on certain parts to implement the provisions of certain political agendas.

Allawi: the absence of national reconciliation between the blocks means that the stability of Iraq and the region

Gulf Cooperation Council stresses his support for Iraq's independence
Called the Council of Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council, chaired by Kuwait and held in Jeddah in its concluding observations to the necessity of forming the Iraqi government as soon as possible away from sectarianism and foreign intervention.
The Ministerial Council urged the United Nations to continue "its efforts to identify missing persons in Iraq and elsewhere," stressing "his support for Iraq's independence, sovereignty and non-interference in its internal affairs."
The Council stressed the importance of Iraq to implement all UN Security Council resolutions.

The statement noted that the delegation reviewed the major problems and constraints faced by the Board of Trustees since it took over the council members to office, and its striving to overcome those obstacles.

Central Bank: the country will achieve growth of 7 percent this year
Said Central Bank Governor Sinan Shabibi that the country will achieve a growth rate of up to 7 percent this year, indicating that the growth rate for the past year was 7 percent as well.
The Shabibi said in a statement on the sidelines of the economic conference held in the Lebanese capital Beirut, that oil remains the main driver of the Iraqi economy and the growth happening in it.
He said the central bank governor has been to reduce the bank interest rate of one-Bains for a hundred years to become only 6 percent in order to stimulate more growth, noting the requests had been received from six or seven creditors to open branches for them or to participate with banks in the country today.

The exclusion of candidates, Iraq is entering into a new crisis may delay forming a government
