Thanks Cyberkhan. 15% LTCG is a bargain basement tax but if the Dems take over both houses of Congress, they will revoke this lower CGT. They've already said they would. No link but this is what Charlie Rangel (sp?) D-NY stated this on FOX a few months ago.

I thought I heard that under the current tax plan that the LTCG went to 0% as in ZERO for 2008. Was that wrong?

What I think you are referring to is the Estate Tax. Currently it is decreasing and in 2008(i think) it will be 0. Unless they pass certain laws to reinstate it...which i am sure that they will.
