yes, durring the second week of September in 2005 PriorDinar said the dinar R/Ved at .9 Euro, and the anouncement would be in a couple days.....

Yeah, and there was even a CDX (closed door exchange) for all of the big banks. I wonder what exchange they got a year ago. lol
