If the Dinar revals in a forrest, does it make a sound?

My dinar goes where I do, So that means I would be in the forest as well. So HELL yeah it makesnoise, it screams and says YAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! Then it puts itself in the bank.

An Iraqi state-run Commission of Public Integrity discovered 400 corruption cases in different Iraqi government circles in the central region of the country, Iraqi state-run al-Sabah newspaper reported on Saturday.

The cases included investigation into disappearing of five million liters of black oil originally allocated for major power station in south of Baghdad, the newspaper said.

"There were a number of 160 oil tankers loaded with black oil disappeared while they were on their way to the Mussaiyyb power station," the paper quoted Ahmed al-Amidi, head of the Commission, as saying.

Amidi believed that the whole transmitted oil was sold in the black market.

He said that his commission is looking into 400 corruption cases in different governmental circles of the Mid-Euphrates region of Iraq, including health, electricity, interior, justice, higher education and municipality sectors.

The commission, which established on Jan. 28 2004, is charged with investigating government corruption.

BAGHDAD, Sep 17 (KUNA) - The Iraqi Oil Ministry will revise contracts signed with a Russian oil company during the rule of the defunct regime of Saddam Hussein, Al-Sabah paper, the government mouthpiece said Sunday.

The paper quoted an official source from the Oil Ministry saying the Lukoil Oil Company was scheduled to invest in several oil wells in the southern region of Iraq.

He added that members of Lukoil visited the ministry and expressed their desire to carry on with the deal, pointing out that the ministry will revise all contracts signed during Saddam Hussein's rule, as he used the deals for political interests.

The Iraqi Oil Ministry announced, a few days ago, it will revise a contract signed with a Chinese company to develop an oil well in Wasit province.

Moreover the oil ministry set a plan to construct two pipelines, one for exporting crude oil from Basra to Iran and the other for importing oil derivatives from the Iranian Abadan refinery.

According to the paper, Iran promised to perform a large part of the project in coordination with the Iraqi Oil Ministry and to buy Iraqi crude according to world prices, while Iraq will buy oil derivatives from Iran in accordance with world prices. (end) ahh.

In that last paragraph, is where it says the most. "according to world prices" and "in accordance with world prices."

I would think that for Iraq to pay for oil derivatives in accordance with world prices, they would have to reval the dinar. Or otherwise it is going to cost them.
