IT sure is quiet out here,Where is everyone?

Hi All, Let's gear up for tomorrow...the big UN meeting introducing the Iraq Compact. Hang in there everybody, it just feels right. I too am disappointed that it did not happen over the weekend but I still feel like we are ready to go and tomorrow or Tuesday would make perfect sense.

I have a question concernig this paragraph:
One of the Dinar Gang asked the other night, as to whether or not anyone currently in Iraq has seen anything that would validate the claim made
below.

At this very moment, oil company survey and geological teams are crisscrossing the desert, testing grounds, staking claims and hopefully not giving each other a black eye. Again, this is not Iraq government, US government, US Government contractors, US armed forces, etc. running around, this is oil companies. The future mega investment in Iraq which will help drive the economy forward.

The question posed by one of us was: has anyone seen huge trucks carrying large spools of wire, ATVs, helicopters with gunny sacks ect..... stuff of this nature - they implied would be indicative of oil company surveys and geological teams actually doing just this.

I also asked but got no response as to the TRENCH BEING CONSTRUCTED TO SURROUND BAGDAD!! If anyone out there reads this post and knows the answer(s) to this/these questions please, fill us all in.

I have heard both sides to both your questions. One army official says they are building burms to make it harder to get vehicles filled with explosives into Baghdad . . .then I saw another article quoting the US Army denying it.

The same with the oil companies exploring Iraq. I am with you, I dont know who to believe . . .sitting here in LA . . .I'd love to hear from actual boots on the ground for a clear answer one way or the other.

Something was said on Fox News about the trenches being dug, and they gave reason, you could probably pull it up on their site.

That was SGS orignal post - I felt so good when I read it that I started to cry with joy. the initial joy has worn off now waiting so many days but I am still hopeful in antcipation fro the wonderful things to come. If it doesn't happen this WE or during this week or this month or this year that's OK , because I already have a wonderful life and other goals that I am working on more actively. This is my most passive and powerfully intentioned goal.

I was just talking with a friend who got off the phone with onther of our friends.

yeah, yeah I know he said, she said type of thing

anyway our other friend had some friends return from iraqi today and he was over visiting with them. Said that he was telling them about his waiting by the computer for the reval to come in. He said that they looked at him rather confused and said that the reval had happened on friday. They said that they did not know the amount though.

Well it be great, if you could ask them how they heard this! Was on TV, in the newspaper, word onthe street? Please follow up.

We are awaiting the announcement, we have to have it declared and then posted on the FOREX!!!
