its WISH. recent oil assessments indicate iraq has more oil reserves than saudi ever had. theyve already magically removed some of the reserves from the books, take a look at all of em and you will see it.
its not traded now but why would you host a big meeting of the world and propose investment in your country if you werent internationally exchangeable? what do you suppose the WORLD BANK is doing at thier party, playin poker? the USA is sponsoring iraqs assession into the world bank so they got damn good backing for entrance. when you become a member of world bank you are international, ARTICLE 8.

now, imagine a country as valuable as iraq is, considering its potential at energy reserves for a world that is literally starving for it, letting the world into their country for .0006 on the dollar. AS IF!!!

susie, this is generally a question.......

My only problem with your statment is the amount in circulation. I don't know how they are going to lower that amount. Most of the middle eastern countries have much less than a trillion in circulation.

I've never really talked to you about this stuff, so whats your opinion?

I have been trying to find anything on Iraq having more oil reserves than SA. Where did you see that? Also What reserves from what books were removed. I am still lost!
