Your right Member99, people don't like to lend the new guy money...But they sure do like to forgive him of debts incurred from former regimes. Seems like a lot of forgiveness and handouts for someone who has such a bleak future.

And yes the value of currency can control inflation and unemployment. As i stated before, with security comes stability, stabilty allows for more secure investment, investment leads to jobs, jobs lead to lower unemployment and better social atmosphere...and the list goes on. Google floating/fixed exchange rates and you will get many answers on how you can battle inflation with adjustment. But with a PhD, again you shoudl understand that.

And if all you want is to be able and say "i told you so" then i would definitely say your heart and mind are in the wrong place. You seek type written argument/conflict. By all means continue your quest to show us how right you are, but you will meet nothing but walls along the way. Again, you are coming off as knowing all the pieces when in reality no one does. Well except maybe the Iraqi gonvernment. That is my point.
