SA's Oil
I did a lot of serious reseach some months ago before I stumbled on dinar and got TOTALLY sidetracked. I was looking to see who had the most oil in the world. I read more than a few articles that voiced suspisions that all the OPEC countrieds have been fudging their numbers of reserves. As in 20 billion barrels 15 years ago and 20 billion today. Nothing concrete, but it was opinions from some fairly reputable authors. As a side note-Canada's tarsands are thought to hold 30 trillion or so barrels of oil. However at this point in time is costs anywhere from 5 to 15 dollars a barrel to produce. In iraq it would cost a dollar or two. No links as when i was doing the research I did not know how or even to bother saving the links. Another side note-I have no doubt that until after the Americans arrived there had been no modern siesmic survey done for a very long time. While the equipment to take the survey readings has not changed too much the soft ware used to analize this information is light years ahead of where it was 20 years ago has are the methods to retrieve the oil. JMO but I hope this helps.

Thanks Oz, Much respect for you bro.
The whole feel of IIF has changed so much in the last month or so...Then to get personally attacked by the mods was no fun at all! Guess that makes them a "Mod Squad"?!
I've never been on a forum site where SO much was censored. Step outta line and Wammo- you're outta here!
I've never been much of a conformist...heheh. My handle is my actual nickname...some say it shoulda been "Hard Head"
I firmly believe this week will provide at least one thing we will all like...Introduction of the Dinar to the World Market. I think that's the big surprise Annan was talking about.
Shifting into overdrive baby!

Go over and check this out...
Currency Converter
Scroll down to see the EUR/IQD figures are dashed and the date reads "error".
There were numbers there earlier today, and now it's gone buggy.... What does it mean??? Are they getting new figures to put in there??
* fingers crossed *
