I just phoned ADVFN. They have the dinar listed on their site. The guy said although it wasn't currently trading live that it would be very soon, he wouldn't clarify how soon as he either didn't know/wouldn't let on.

My sister tried to do a wire transfer today to Warka and she was told the transaction could not be completed because Iraq has put a stop order on all USD wire transfers into Iraq as of this week. Is this true? Do you know anything about this?
