Banks are monitored by the IRS big time on any movements concerning monies. Go here: MoneyChimp: learn Stock Market Investing, Index Funds, Valuation Models, and more. & Internal Revenue Service. Plus, do check with your local IRS office &/or your tax advisor as well. Everyone knows that Uncle Sugar will ALWAYS get his, don't you think? And do not believe the hype about no taxes as put out by Dinar2Dinar (aka Dinar-Excited from AD) for example.

Correct D-Day, why would the banks have to fill out the 104 form if taxes weren't due?
