I would imagine all banks have some kind of limitation like this. They never seem to let go very easily.

This is a math game my husband and I like to play - the what if you win $1Million, and the gov't takes 1/2 of it in taxes right away?

    My evil plan:

I turn around and invest my 1/2 mil in natural gas/oil, because it has a 90% tax credit, which means that come time to file my return, the gov't OWES me 90% of what I invested back, which is $400,000K. So now I have $400K in my pocket and $500K invested in gas/oil, which adds up to me keeping 90% of my $1mil, instead of 50%.

These are the types of tax breaks/incentives the gov't has out there for the rich to get richer - hence the need for a good tax advisor, particularly one who is FAMILIAR with this category of investments.

The upcoming elections will help - many candidates get dragged through the mud. For instance, several of the candidates running for gov against Arnold were in the paper for never having paid taxes. Legit, but classed them as the 'evil rich' to the common working man voter. If their tax forms are public record, then the accountant that filed them is too. Use THAT as a reference. Wasn't Kerry's wife accused of the same thing during that race? Hey, who is GW's financial advisor/accountant?!?! Let's call him and ask!

We are very prepared for a r/v. As I stated before I am hearing that the Institutes only allow somuch Money you can withdraw from them a day. I have not confirmed that. Now if you are just going to leave it with them in a Credited Account. You can cash in as much as you want. Man this is fun to finally start talking about these kind of things.

Anyways that is it for me. good Night to you all.
