I want to really say thank you for sharing this with us. While I would love to claim "oh I already new that", the truth is I really never thought of it that way, and it really nails down a very important concept that we all can learn from. I love to draw from the wisdom of the people's shoulders I stand on, while at the same time bracing myself for the ones who will be standing on mine.
