I would think most common people would not know anything about what their government may or may not do. Think about it, if someone from another country were to ask some Americans who would win the House and Senate, what would the answer be? Or if they asked if the tax breaks were going to be extended? The people in the know wouldn't say anything, whether it was duty to country or trying to get their own gain. JMO of course.

I think you are both right. However, there is nothing saying that they couldn't control sectors or amounts of investment until everything is done. I personally think all of this should have been done in July but the Iraqi gov got distracted. Condi flew over kicked some butt and they are now trying to get everything done at once. That in itself would create some confusion. backroom meetings, and disinformation. Remember, they are also trying to keep the terrorist and other wrongdoers (GW Word?) from benefiting as well. I am in the camp of this month. But we have to let it play out out.

Thanks tiffy I deserved that one. I just have some REAL financial problems here. I got everything crossed on my body----Everything that can be crossed. Hopeing for that reval. and trying to bite my toung every day it does not happen. I will chill though.

Frustrating? Yup. Anything we can do about it? Nope! All pieces are coming together...all signs point to GO...just a WEEEEEE bit longer and you can UN-cross stuff and let the blood circulate back to those parts!!
