TOTALLY not good for one's health! I have to act 'normal' in front of my parents...so I've been pretty much AVOIDING them...but I took my dad with me to run a couple errands this morning..and ALMOST told him...but then I thought better of it....he'd tell my mom...she's a MANIAC with questions...I'll just suprise 'em...BUT WHAT ABOUT MY MENTAL WELL-BEING?!?!?!
