I am with you. When the season is over it is such a let down. There is nothing to do on Sunday's. We have a 63 in TV in our family room. Ask me if there are people there for the games. The Super Bowl was great. I make food but wait on no one. I am there to watch the game. In my family the women know as much about football as men. My daughter knows more stats than anyone I have ever talked with. I love the summer (tood short in Pgh) but at the end I know I will be watching my Steelers. We hated to have Randel El go to the Skins, but it is all about the money no matter where you go.
Very true!! :leader:Quote:

Amherst is still one of the nicest places to be...a lot of new houses and developments have been built and are still being built.Quote:

You were here when I was just a baby! I would love to visit Italy it looks beautiful!
I just love Terry B. I think he is so funny and colorful. Boy when I was a kid and watched him. He took abuse in Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh is a bluecolor town. Truely changing though. Beautiful city if you ever come here. High taxes though. I won't have to worry about that very much longer. We may even have a former Steeler for govenor. Lynn Swann is running govenor. Who knew.
Tiff, nice to hear all that about Amherst. I never went back.......I visited the US lots and once lived there 1 year ( Bloomington, Indiana)..... When I go there, I usually visit my favorite Cities, NYC and LA........Italy is ok but living here I get weary of it and always dream about travelling. I love Spain and am looking forward to buying a house there soon......
I know you Steeler fans already know that "Big Ben" was in a motocycle accident. If you don't he is in serious condition with injuries to his head and face. My husband doesn't wear a helment either and it makes me nervous. I hope after this that he will start.
