He is in surgery now. Head and face injuries. I am sick. My husband doesn't wear one either and I hope this make him think about it. I alway wear one.

In Sweden it's a law to use helmet when riding a motorbike. Also for bicycles! (if you are under 15).

New York has the Motorcycle helmet law too. Bicycles is 16 and under...also 3 and 4 wheel ATV's (all terrain vehicles) require helmets.

In Pa. they just passed a no helmet law.

In Australia if you ride a mototcycle, push bike or scooter you have to wear a helmet or pay the fine.

Had to come in here to vent! Seeing the posts of the last day in the "Iraqi" thread, my heart is beating faster! Seems like the meetings with Bush are pushing everything into fast forward! Hold on guys! It looks like things are gonna move! I think our party is getting a lot closer!
