Thanks Mike! By next year, I should have enough investments going that are paying me dividends, so that my husband will only have to work if he wants too. I haven't seen him in a couple of days, he feels bad that he missed my birthday, but next year, I'm sure he will be able to be home.

Yes, I am in a similar situation, so am waiting while the industry goes into a tail spin and prices drop. I use to own a lease company and I know all the games used in the industry, and the early turn in lease is an old ploy, which sounds good, but all they do is roll the difference they are supposedly paying into the new deal, and with huge incentives and so called trunk money, you pay for it one way or another. (g)
