Earn "without" is stating here that anything except "Nothing" is required.
Earn "By" doing nothing would indicated that money would be made by "Doing Nothing" (or)
"Earn without doing anything" would also be a correct way of saying this

The point I catch is we must do something to earn money. Register or sign up in a business like in the site referred is the first step to earn money. I do agree with the statement we can earn earn without doing nothing. It is like in forex trading, we can use an EA, and then let our computer trades forex for us.

It is just too bigger promise to fulfill and there has been endless programs that has same kind of offers so we should not really trust it as remember the earning that comes without doing much is never going to stay for too long but the one that comes by consistently hard working will definitely last forever and we will enjoy it the most.
