Hello all Pipsters.
Have you heard the good news. Pips refunds have finnaly arrived! But quess what? YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET ANYTHING BACK!!
If I understand it correctly, if you did not continously DONATE to the BATTY'S EXPENSE FUND , you will not see a single penny. Initialy I too donated to the funds, but I never recieved any information regarding, what was going on with Pips or the trail. If you did not donate, you would not recieve any information. Folks, in my book that is a FEE. Let me, make it CLEAR, that it was NEVER stated or mention that if you did not donate (pay) you would NOT be on the list to file a refund claim. That my friends, is total nonsense. I belive that with donation or not you still have a right to a refund. Why hasn't someone taken a list of all the members of Pips who have lost money and presented it to the courts? I think this would be fair for everyone. Why is there only a selective few get money back? I need answers!
