We had a deal to exchange my e-bullion for his Paypal. After I made my e-bullion transfer, he's gone.
I pm'ed him several times, to no avail.

I am sad to hear this. I was also going to exchange with him. But thanks GOD i had no time to do so. I will Ban his account on Rolclub with his user IP.

You should contact E-bullion ASAP, and alert them about this situation, so that they can block his account.

Please be very careful with Paypal exchanges..
Whatever sum you wish to exchange, make it a rule to first send 10-25% of the sum to test the person you will exchange with.

I will get some feedback system installed soon so that we can track feedback on exchangers...

Due to a complain from elixir, i have re-opened his account.

Funny,

For one minute he was here complaining and fighting for his reputation, next he is gone, AGAIN.

He said it would take 5-7days to get his Paypal funded, it's almost 2 weeks now. I tried pm him just now and I got this message:
"elixir has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her."

I don't believe this.

Yes. He is now gone for good.!
