When did the transfer took place? Is it within the last 24 hours or 48 hours and what is the arrangement agreed upon? Did both of you consented to the mutual exchange?

I know of cases where one side transferred without the other expecting it due to some prior arrangement is not agreed or properly discussed.

Another point to bear in mind, transferring without an agreed consent or knowledge by the other is not only an infringement but a breach to devise and dictate by one's own terms which does not warrant any recognition of an agreement... so, which is your situation and and how did you both agree or ever came to reach a verbal/email agreement?

Was their an exchange of tel contact nrs (for honest traders with no fear of being cheated) and contact by your m o b i l e number can speed the process as a reason to prevent delays?

Have you both agreed to be prepared by the other to publish the extract of the agreed email communication?

Viewing this situation taking place within our Forum, even though it is between the responsibility of both parties to negotiate honestly and amicably, I shall offer a new service by ROLClub like an Escrow service for both parties.

This will handle and manage the receipt and transfer from and to the exchanging parties.

PayPal, AlertPay & Liberty Reserve will be accepted.

(Non Verified PayPal holders will NOT be accepted)

There will be a small charge for this and the part portion of the Admin cum transfer/receive charges that apply will be made as a service to fund ROLClub's Fund for a current cause to cover expenses for our Moderator's assignment on a Trial over the Marsdens in Malaysia.
