We pay 2% above spot for wire -> LR applicable amount is 5000 or more
to be wired to our offshore company (e.g. for 5000 USD wire we pay 5100 LR USD)
For amounts above 50 000 - we grant additional 1% bonus,
So the total percent above spot is 3%
