Recognizing hard work done by employees is important to promoting unitity and loyalty within an organization. What does your company do to mark events such as admin assistant day? Employers have struggled with how to best recognize a job well done without creating a situation that seems like favoritism or setting up an entitlement situation. When employees consistently receive say, a monetary bonus for weekly milestones, this very soon is seen as part of the compensation plan and not a reward per se. How would you reward good employees on admin assistant day?
