I run a free SMS script on one of my web sites. That page has been viewed over 5,000 times so far this month.

This script has been broken -- since mid February. No one mentioned anything. Tens of thousands of visitors have been annoyed and not a single one complained.

I was notified that this script was broken yesterday by a rolclub member who is writing content for the web site.

Not a single one of the tens of thousands of people I've annoyed has written to webmaster@ to complain.

That just feels weird to me. What do you think?
