    Default Meditation and Mental Health

    Meditation is good for our mental health as it calms over body and mind. I have tried a course of meditation and it helps me to cope with day to day life.

    Have you ever tried it and do you find it helpful?

    i've try a yoga just to relax myself and it works. it helps me to calm and relax and also improved my health. yoga can be learned just by watching video or by books.yoga is an art that helps you to balance your mind and body...

    It is good . The time you spend with yourself relaxed makes you understand the you in yourself better and what you want .

    I have tried it(meditation) once and it really feels great. How often do you meditate? I'd like to do it as much as possible but my area where i live in right now is not a good place for meditation...
