What happens if you get caught smoking on a commercial airplane?
Cabin crew will rush to lavatory after smoke alarm active. They may open the door outside if passenger won’t open after a certain time, passenger will be escorted to his/her seat and cocpit crew will notify police before plane lands. Meantime, cabin crew will be searching lavatory for any fire source for a while (eg. trash can) and they will check the lavatory couple of times in every 5–10 minutes in case of there is any fire hazard left.
The passenger will be taken by police force after landing. Depending on the country he/she may be only questioned for an hour and left with a ticket (1000–3000$). There is a blacklist for passengers as well but I don’t know if they add the passenger to list for smoking.

I don't think you can smoke, even on a private plain, only if it's your personal plain =)

In airports, there're often places for people who smoke, where you can safely enjoy your cigarette. You can't smoke on the planes actually, but there're exceptions. I recently purchased business class tickets to Seattle from ifly.com and I had a Smoking area on the plane at my disposal. I was very surprised at this service, but I was very happy because after an unpleasant conversation with my colleagues, I needed to calm down. I think you should check with the airport support for this information.

You can smoke on the plane. There can be as many reasons for people to smoke as there are brands available! I do this because I want to! I passed away several times at different times, and also started again for various reasons. On some days I will smoke all NO, while others more than a pack or two. Sometimes I find, especially in those days with large volumes, that I do some form of woodworking or other crafts / hobbies, and in fact, I probably smoke less than half of every lit cigarette simply because they burned out in an ashtray! In these circumstances, I tried electronic cigarettes so as not to waste cigarettes, but I found that they are much heavier and difficult to “hold” in my mouth for a long time. And to be honest, I use a cigarette case, and I found it thanks to this site https://smokeprofy.com/reviews/best-...garette-cases/
