Depression is a *****. I need to make her my *****.
After I complained to my therapist (a lot) that I can't bring myself to care about difficult goals, even if I want to make all kinds of positive changes and really take care of myself, she pointed out that depression makes it difficult to think/care about the future. In retrospect... Yes? So obviously I need to work on not being so depressed if I want to make progress on something else. Boring.
Daily goals (tracker):
Take a ****ing shower.
Eat the ****ing plant.
Do some ****ing stretches.
If it takes less than 5 minutes, do the damn thing.
There are a million and one things I could work on, but these 4 seem like the most effective attacks against things that are holding me back. - Look. I'm currently making a list of extra credit things I can do to improve my well-being, but I really need to focus on them. I'm mad as hell that I'm at a point in my life where I need to make it my goal to shower every day, but that's life.
This post and my glorious return by the fact that I have therapy tomorrow, and for some reason my therapist doesn't approve of living in a cave of depression and keeps asking about when I last talked to my friends; it turns out, "uh-uh..." isn't the best answer. (Chagrined.)

I'm supposed to do a minimum of 20 rides per week (Monday-Monday) with Lyft to keep renting my car. Normally this is stupid easy, but last week I was busy with my father being sick and then immediately got sick myself. I'm still not feeling well enough to do it today, plus it's snowing and then it's going to get foggy and gross earlier. So now I have to get up early tomorrow and go to the place and beg them to waive the requirement for the week because I was in the hospital, and if they don't I lose the car AND have to pay $250 for it for last week for nothing. I don't think they'll be dicks about it but I'm still going to worry until the moment I walk out of there with keys still in my hand. I've got plenty of IV bruises and needle marks to back up my story if necessary. (Did I mention I was so dehydrated it was impossible for them to get IVs in without an ultrasound to find my veins? Didn't stop them from trying.)

Ohh, my mental state is just in a terrible state and I have no idea what to do. It started after being kidnapped and after that I feel like real shit. I am thirsty to eat and enjoy life.. I was very tired of this and in the end I decided to get rid of this depressive state. I tried to use antidepressants and other pills, but it still did not help me. In the end, I decided to contact a doctor and he told me about kratom products. I was surprised at her advice because TGM kratom is a drug plant. Now I am in my thoughts and I would like to hear what you think about using kratom!

I feel sorry for you. Depression is not a joke, and it can lead to different unforeseen consequences if not treated quickly. I’ve been through that and I know what are you talking about. Still, if nothing helped you, I can recommend some kratom capsules which are known to be used as a cure to different mental illnesses. I used kratom to treat my anxiety problems. But it also can be used to treat depression, insomnia, or tiredness. Visit https://sakratom.com/buy/kratom-powder/ if you are interested. Hope you’ll get well as soon as possible.

I have found some good supplements on Canadian pharmacy which should help with depression. What do you think about those? Maybe you will find something interesting to you too, good luck with it!
